Brad Porter is a seasoned commercial real estate investor with experience totaling over $500 million in assets under management across many asset types. His rare blend of investment expertise and legal acumen positions him as a trusted partner for investors seeking to build and protect long-term real estate wealth.

Brad is the managing partner of Porter Law Firm in Houston and Austin and is Board-Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization — a distinction held by fewer than 400 attorneys in Texas — and recognized as a Super Lawyer and by Best Lawyers for his experience in commercial real estate.

With over two decades of hands-on experience as both an active investor and licensed attorney, Brad has been involved in thousands of real estate transactions, gaining a deep understanding of acquisitions, dispositions, financing and deal structuring, property management, and development — enabling him to guide investors through every phase of the investment lifecycle.

Through the years, Brad has learned not only how to expertly identify and avoid risk, but to find ways to actually profit from the inevitable situations in real estate that scare off or hurt other investors.

Brad is currently a Texas-licensed attorney, real estate broker, and escrow officer. He holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a law degree from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia.
